Provide individualized supervision of assigned consumer(s) in areas of vocational, behavioral, functional, community and personal care needs.
Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
Assist in planning and implementation of comprehensive program.
Prepare vocational reports and Individual Program Plans, complete data collection systems and assist in the development of behavior plans.
Transport consumer(s) into community as necessary.

High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred.
One years experience working with challenging individuals, preferably on an individual basis.
