Supervise and coordinate vocational counseling services for consumers.
Act as case manager to assigned caseload and/or other consumers as necessary.
Coordinate team approach and chair overall plan of care conferences for development and implementation of treatment plans for consumers.
Serve as liaison between counseling and vocational teams.
Assure records and data are maintained accurately according to agency, DDS and CARF standards.
Supervise vocational rehabilitation counselors.

Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred.
Two years experience in supervisory position in field of vocational rehabilitation.
Strong organizational skills mandatory.
Must maintain CPI, CPR and First Aid certification.
Ability to handle a flexible work schedule.
