| Responsibilities: |
Provide health care services including, but not limited to: responding to medical emergencies; dispending medications; tracking medications; accompanying patients to emergency room/hospital. Instruct any staff who assist consumers with health and/or personal needs. Coordinate the medication administration/self administration for all day program consumers. Participate in nurse on-call rotation. Some travelling required. |

| Requirements: |
Connecticut Licensed Registered Nurse, college degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Eligible for endorsement as a DMR Medication Instructor. Eligible for First Aid/Community CPR Instructor’s Certification. |
