| Responsibilities: |
Provide technical assistance, training and matrix supervision in the development and implementation of behavior management plans of all therapeutic, vocational and residential services staff. Provide support to school settings and Autism project in the form of Autism specific strategies in -home support and behavioral plans. Provide ongoing training to staff in the areas of programming strategies, Autism specific supports,behavior plan development, intervention techniques, data collection, report writing and crisis intervention strategies. Schedule program time with the agency's vocational training programs, supported employment programs, community experience programs and residential programs to develop, implement and monitor the status of positive behavior programs and active treatment. |

37.5 hrs. - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday - (Flexibility required) |
| Requirements: |
Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Special Education or related field, Masters preferred. ABH credentials/eligible preferred. Minimum of four years experience with Children’s Behavioral Health Services and/or persons with autism. Minimum of four years experience developing behavioral programs for persons with disabilities/Autism. Vary work schedule as needed. Must be comfortable with and have physical endurance to use and demonstrate physical crisis intervention techniques. |
