Intervene with behavioral, clinical and crisis supports with all assigned consumers.
Implement a wide range of vocational, community, leisure and daily living activities with individual with major behavioral deficits.
Provide assessment, training and counseling in the areas of self-care; medication/health management; task completion; communication and interpersonal skills; socialization; sensory/motor skills; problem solving skills; vocational skills (attendance, compliance, attention span, etc.); and judgment and reasoning.
Participate as a member of the Code Blue team at Garden Street.

Monday through Friday – 32 hours – 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 3 days and 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 2 days 
(flexibility required)

Associates Degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field, Bachelors Degree preferred.
Three years job coaching experience at The Kennedy Center with persons that are dually diagnosed and/or have diagnoses of autism, four years job coaching in a vocational rehabilitation setting.
Knowledge of psychiatric disabilities.
Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
