Assist in developing and implementing a program which supports children from ages 4 to 21 with special needs in participating in a community summer day camp.
Provide direct supervision to all children participating in the program.
Work with camp staff surrounding the concept of inclusion and recreational coaching. 

37.5 hours per week - 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 

High School Diploma with minimum two years college.
Associate Degree in Recreation, Special Education, Therapeutic Recreation preferred.
Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
Experience working with culturally diverse population preferred.
Must have physical endurance to participate in recreation/social programs/classes for a full day.
