Exercise direct one-to-one supervision of consumer at individual community based competitive or supported employment worksites.
Serve as case manager to assigned consumer case load and/or other consumers as necessary.This may include, but is not limited to: providing physical assessment; crisis intervention; individual and group counseling; skill training; job seeking skill teaching; job development and modeling a variety of occupations.
Accurately complete individual consumer attendance sheets.
Assist consumers with securing interviews, job openings and competitive employment.

Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
Depending on case management responsibilities, may be required to communicate in another language and understand another culture.
Depending upon worksite assignment, must be able to work in a variety of settings, weather conditions and locations (heat, cold, crowded spaces, noise).
Must attend frequent out of office meetings in community through own means of transportation.
May require you to be the driver of your own vehicle to transport yourself and/or consumers.
