About Our Services: Our team of professionals provides individual family-centered support for children who are demonstrating developmental delays in the areas of cognitive, motor, speech, social/emotional or adaptive skills. Therapy is provided at home, in community settings (day care, playgroup, gymnastics, etc.), and during everyday activities (grocery shopping, eating out, etc.). We also offer popular inclusive playgroups in the community, bringing families together for fun and socializing.

What Will Happen: We receive a referral from INFOLINE and contact you within 24 hours to set up an intake in your home. We meet you and your child and begin to discuss ways to address your concerns. An evaluation takes place within two weeks, and, if your child is found eligible for Birth to Three services, together we develop a service plan to work towards reaching your goal(s) for your child. Periodic reviews help us re-assess the services we have in place as well as your child's progress.

Services can include as needed:

  • Specialized instruction, speech and language, physical and occupational therapies

  • Family training, counseling and home visits

  • Nutrition, psychological, social work

  • Inclusive family/child playgroup

  • Transition to preschool special education

  • Vision and mobility services as well as assistive technology

To make a referral: Anyone who is concerned about a child's development may call the Birth to Three Infoline at 1-800-505-7000 to make a referral, including parents, guardians, health professionals, and child care providers. Parents will be contacted for their permission to proceed further if they have not made the referral.
