What We Do

Community Integration Services

The Kennedy Center Community Integration Services offer individuals the opportunity to actively live and participate in their own communities. We use your own personal interests, desires and goals to develop opportunities for you to acquire, retain, or improve your abilities in the areas of independent living, self-help, socialization, and community independence. For more information, please contact The Kennedy Center Intake and Transition Manager at 203.365.8522, ext. 248 or email. Our services promote optimal inclusion and participation using the natural resources and support in your environment.
