On Saturday, April 30, The Kennedy Center will celebrate its 70th Anniversary at a very special and festive Spring Fling event at Penfield Pavilion on the beach in Fairfield, CT.
In 1951, Evelyn Kennedy embarked on a mission to overcome obstacles and create a safe space where children with disabilities would have the same opportunities as every other child. The story is inspirational; that their mission continues today is remarkable – having grown from a program serving 15 children to a multifaceted organization that positively impacts over 2000 individuals annually.
Join The Kennedy Center Family as we look back on 70 years of commitment and service and look forward to the promise of our next 70 years. On this special evening, we celebrate the individuals we serve and the people who make the impossible, possible for people with disabilities every day.
