The Kennedy Center provides Work Services and Peer Mentor Services to individuals in recovery over the age of 18 and who are part of the Local Mental Health Authority(LMHA) at Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center, Western Connecticut Mental Health Network—Waterbury, or FSW. Individuals who are in recovery that are not part of the LMHA may receive Employment Planning and Placement Services by contacting the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services or by using their Ticket through the Ticket to Work Program. Individuals can also utilize The Kennedy Center Travel Training Program and Mobility Services.

Children with Behavioral Health needs between the ages of 3 and 21 are served through individual contracts with Department of Children and Family (DCF) and the Family Partnership Program funded through DCF.
