Individualized Supported Employment

supported employment

For some individuals, the traditional Job Training & Support may not be enough to truly be successful on the job. You may require more ongoing training and support in order for you to meet the production and quality demands your employer has set. This is a limited access service and is funded by the Department of Developmental Services and sometimes by the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services EOP Program. Job coaches are available to assist you with learning new tasks, communicating with supervisors, time management, and other areas that you may need assistance with.
