Free Parent Wellness Workshop
Saturday May 11, 2019 - 9:30-11 a.m.: Parent Yoga and Mindfulness Experience
Take time to nourish yourself as a parent, explore yoga and mindfulness. No experience necessary. Bring a mat, if you have one. This is Presented by Deborah A. Caroll, Ph.D, SCSU Professor of Psychology at Southern CT State University and a certified yoga instructor

Free Parent Advocacy Workshop
Monday, May 6: Special Education Law with Attorney Lawrence Berliner
Attorney Berliner will answer questions about and explain Special Education Law in the state of Connecticut. This workshop will be held at The Kennedy Center's 39 Lindeman Drive campus in Trumbull from 5:30-7 p.m.
