
Group Homes
The Kennedy Center currently operates 16 Community Living Arrangements within the Greater Bridgeport area. The capacity of each home ranges from 3 to 8 individuals. An array of services is provided throughout an individually designed person-centered plan of service. Delivery of services is directed and monitored through a team process which includes the involvement of the individual, his/her family member or guardian, Kennedy Center residential manager and support staff, supervisors, nurses, DDS Case Managers as well as behavioral services as needed.
